2. Food-Grade Resealable Zipper: Reseal the bag after each use to help keep moisture and air out and preserve coffee freshness. The convenient resealable design also provides a better experience for end consumers. 

3. Quad Seal with 5 Printable Panels: Unlike standard stand-up pouches, the quad seal flat bottom design provides five printable panels — front, back, left side, right side, and bottom — giving your brand more space for complete visual presentation and a premium, dimensional look on the shelf. 

4. Multi-Layer High-Barrier Food-Grade Film: Designed to provide enhanced protection against oxygen, moisture, and UV exposure, helping extend the freshness of roasted coffee beans. Materials can be supplied to meet FDA and food-contact requirements for export markets, subject to the specific material specification. 

5. Premium Finishing Options: Choose from a range of finishes and decorative effects, including matte film, soft-touch film, hot foil stamping, spot UV, and custom window options, to create a distinctive and premium brand presentation.

Q1: What is the MOQ for custom coffee bags?
A: Custom quad seal coffee bags with full-color printing have a minimum order quantity. The MOQ varies depending on the bag size, material, printing, and finishing options. Contact us for an accurate MOQ based on your requirements. 

Q2: Can you provide samples? How long does sampling take?
A: Yes. We offer machine-made samples, with plate and sampling fees applicable. The standard sampling lead time is 3–7 days. We can also provide free digital mockups for design approval. 

Q3: What file formats are required for artwork?
A: We recommend AI or PDF vector files. For raster images, please use a resolution of 300 DPI or higher. All text should be converted to outlines before submission. 

Q4: Can the positions of the degassing valve and zipper be customized?
A: Yes. The positions of the degassing valve, zipper, tear notch, and hanging hole can all be adjusted according to your packaging design and requirements. 

Q5: Why does coffee packaging need a one-way degassing valve? Can it be omitted?
A: Freshly roasted coffee beans continue to release CO₂ after roasting. A one-way degassing valve allows the gas to escape while helping prevent oxygen from entering the bag, reducing the risk of bag swelling and oxidation. For ground coffee or products that do not require extended freshness protection, the valve can be omitted if appropriate. 

Q6: Are the bags food-grade, and can they be exported to Europe and the US?
A: We use food-grade, high-barrier multilayer composite films and can provide relevant food-contact testing documentation. Material and compliance requirements can be specified according to the destination market, including applicable FDA requirements for the US market. 

Q7: What surface finishes are available?
A: Available options include matte, glossy, soft-touch film, hot foil stamping, and spot UV. Different finishing options may affect the final price and production lead time. 

Q8: What is the production lead time for bulk orders?
A: For standard orders, production typically takes 12–20 days after artwork approval and receipt of the deposit. The actual lead time may vary depending on order quantity, materials, and special finishing requirements.
