Materials, Print and Finishing

Label performance comes from the combination of face stock, adhesive and liner, not from any single layer. We select the structure against the container material, the filling and storage environment, and the expected service life of the pack.

• Face stock: coated paper, PP synthetic paper, PET and PVC, chosen for rigidity, clarity or tear behaviour.
• Adhesive: pressure-sensitive systems including medical-grade adhesive grades for cosmetic and skin-adjacent packaging.
• Print: 300 dpi high-definition colour printing supporting gradients, fine text, barcodes and QR codes.
• Surface finishing: hot stamping, UV embossing, laser and other decorative treatments, plus matte and glossy options.
• Functional features: easy-tear interface, anti-counterfeit QR code layer, waterproof and oil-proof coatings.

Reference thickness for the beauty label structure starts at 40 microns, with size fully customised to the container and the artwork. Because labels are usually applied to packaging we also produce, we can align label artwork, pouch print and film structure in one project so the finished pack reads consistently on shelf.

Application Fit Across Packaging Projects

Sticker labels work as a standalone item or as a component of a larger packaging programme. In practice we see them used in four ways.

• Environmental simulation: freezing, vacuum and transport simulation to confirm the label holds through the supply chain.

Raw materials are 100% brand-new food-grade grades complying with FDA and EU requirements, and adhesives used in cosmetic label structures are FDA and REACH certified. Where a project requires documented acceptance, we agree the test items and sampling plan before production rather than after delivery.

Production lead time for label work is typically 7–10 days once artwork and structure are approved. Our factory is in Shanghai, close to Shanghai Port and Shanghai International Airport, so sea or air shipment can be arranged against the project schedule.

Customisation, Documentation and Support

We work from customer drawings or physical samples, and we can develop a label structure from a container sample when artwork is not yet finalised. Customisation covers material, thickness, size, adhesive, print and finishing, and labels can be supplied alongside the pouches and film they are applied to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you produce matte or textured sticker labels?

Yes. We use specialised inks and coatings for matte finishes and embossing or debossing techniques for textured surfaces, from fine linen-like effects to pronounced 3D relief. Both are produced with consistent definition across the run.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom labels?

The beauty self-adhesive label structure is offered with no MOQ, and label quantities are set per project. Where a low-volume launch is planned, our Digital Printing-Low MOQ route can support short runs of related packaging items.

Which surfaces do your labels adhere to?

Our pressure-sensitive structures are specified for plastic, glass and metal, and for paper and film packaging surfaces. Adhesive grade is selected against the container material and the filling, storage and transport conditions of the product.

Do you supply labels together with the packaging bags?

Yes. Labels can be produced alongside our pouch and film range so artwork, colour and structure are aligned in one project. This is common for coffee, pet food and cosmetic packaging where the label and the pack are handled as a single unit.

What files do you need to start label production?

We work from .pdf or .ai artwork files, or from a physical sample. Size, material, thickness, finishing and quantity are confirmed before production, and we review the file for print resolution and colour build at that stage.

How is quality verified before shipment?

Labels pass inspection at each process step and 100% final inspection against agreed requirements. Physical, chemical and environmental simulation testing is available, and batch inspection reports can be issued with the shipment.
