Our Flexible Packaging Product Range

We manufacture pre-made pouches, bags and roll film from PA/PE and PA/EVOH/PE high-barrier structures, with 7-layer, 9-layer and 11-layer co-extrusion film blowing on site. Each product family below addresses a specific filling, storage or retail condition rather than acting as a generic alternative.

Application Fit Across Food, Pet Food and Industrial Use

Our products are used across coffee beans, milk powder, candy, meat, sausage, bread, snacks and dog food, plus medical supplies and industrial applications. The material structure follows the product's sensitivity to oxygen, moisture, light and aroma, and the storage condition it must survive.

• Oxygen and aroma sensitive: coffee, nuts and dairy need EVOH or foil barrier layers plus a one-way valve where CO₂ release occurs.
• Low-temperature storage: frozen seafood, steak and frozen pet food need films that resist cracking and punctures at low temperature.
• Liquid and viscous fill: sauces, detergents and drinks use spout pouches with a high-sealing film and sealed spout.
• Recyclable formats: mono-material PP/PP and PE/PE structures suit brands targeting plastic-reduction compliance.

For a recyclable refill format, our PE Recyclable Refill Stand-Up Spout Pouch combines a single-polymer body with a spout for liquid refill use.

Material and Barrier Selection

We work from PA/PE and PA/EVOH/PE high-barrier materials, and we adjust thickness, layer count and barrier grade to the shelf-life target. All plastic pellets are 100% brand-new food-grade material complying with FDA and EU food-safety standards.

• PA/PE: general barrier with strong puncture and tear resistance for vacuum and frozen packaging.
• PA/EVOH/PE: high oxygen barrier for meat, seafood, dairy and bakery where shelf life is critical.
• PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE: foil and metallised structures for coffee and aroma-sensitive dry goods.
• Mono-material PP/PP or PE/PE: recyclable structures for refill, frozen and liquid formats.

Printing uses solvent-free food-grade ink, and we offer matte or gloss finishes with high-resolution graphics for brand presentation.

Configuration Options and Automation Integration

We configure each product around the filling line, not only the pack appearance. Roll film is supplied for VFFS and HFFS lines, while pre-made pouches are supplied with the closure and opening features the packer requires.

• Closures: slider zipper, press-to-close zipper, spout, tear notch and one-way valve.
• Formats: stand-up pouch, flat-bottom and eight-side seal bag, three-side seal, spout pouch, shaped bag and roll film.
• Special functions: anti-fog, moisture-proof, light-blocking, puncture-resistant and low-temperature resistant.
• Print: 10-colour rotogravure for custom artwork, digital printing for low-MOQ and short runs.
• Labels: self-adhesive sticker labels for coffee bags, cosmetics and product information.

For coffee and snack lines running at speed, film slip, sealant layer and web width are matched to the machine so that throughput is not limited by the packaging material.

Quality Control and Acceptance Testing

Production is controlled under ISO 9001, HACCP, BRC, GMP and ISO 13485 systems. We inspect after each process and carry out 100% inspection of final products according to customer requirements and international standards.

• Physical testing: tensile strength, puncture resistance and seal performance.
• Chemical testing: material composition analysis and gas barrier testing.
• Environmental simulation: freezing, vacuum and transport simulation.
• Traceability: every batch traceable from raw material to finished product, with inspection reports available per batch.

Where a project requires acceptance criteria, we agree the test items and sampling plan before mass production so that incoming inspection at your plant matches our outgoing inspection.

Capacity, Delivery and Supply Support

We operate two printing lines with a daily capacity of 550,000 packaging bags and 2,500 tons of roll film. Our factory is in Songjiang District, Shanghai, about 50 km from Shanghai Port, which supports sea freight for volume orders and air freight for urgent shipments.

Standard white and black public-version bags such as 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg coffee bags are held in stock. Custom production follows a 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before delivery, with FOB, CIF and CNF terms available and T/T or L/C accepted.

To prepare an accurate structure, size and print quotation, we work from the following project inputs. Supplying them together shortens the review cycle and reduces the risk of a structure change after sampling.

We do not provide design services, so artwork should arrive as ready .ai or .pdf files. For projects needing structural development, our Customized Service covers needs assessment, material customisation, structural design, printing and production.

Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a direct manufacturer established in 2011, with more than 90 employees including over 10 technical staff, and we hold BRC, HACCP and GMP certificates.

What products can you offer?

We mainly produce 7–11 layer co-extruded stretch film, pet food bags, coffee bags and customised roll film, together with mono-material pouches, stand-up and spout pouches, kraft paper pouches, frozen food bags, sticker labels and low-MOQ digital printing.

Can you produce customised packaging?

Yes. We mainly produce customised products according to customer drawings or samples, and customers usually provide .ai or .pdf files. We do not provide design services.

Do you hold stock bags?

Yes. For white and black public-version bags such as 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg coffee bags, we hold a certain amount of stock.

How do you ensure product quality?

We inspect after each process and carry out 100% inspection of final products according to customer requirements and international standards, supported by physical, chemical and environmental simulation testing and batch traceability.

How are goods delivered?

We usually ship by sea because our factory is about 50 km from Shanghai Port. For urgent goods we can also ship by air from Shanghai International Airport.
