Our stand up pouch range is produced as pre-made bags with a gusseted or flat bottom that lets the pack stand unaided on shelf, plus resealable zipper, tear-notch and valve options. The film structure is co-extruded in-house, so barrier layer, sealant layer and thickness are set at the film stage rather than assembled from purchased laminates.

Material and Barrier Engineering

We build pouch film from 100% brand-new food-grade resin and co-extrude PA/PE or PA/EVOH/PE structures on 7-layer to 11-layer lines. The EVOH layer controls oxygen transmission; the PA layer carries puncture and flex-crack resistance; the PE sealant layer sets seal strength and low-temperature performance. Thickness, layer ratio and barrier grade are specified against the product's sensitivity, not chosen from a single stock sheet.

Configuration Options

Each pouch is configured around filling method, pack weight and shelf presentation. We confirm the following before releasing artwork to cylinder or digital production:

• Size and fill weight — from single-serve snack packs to 1–5 kg pet food and bulk formats.
• Bottom style — standard gusseted stand-up base, widened base for heavier fills, or flat-bottom for premium shelf presence.
• Closure — press-to-close zipper, slider zipper, spout fitment, degassing valve or plain heat seal.
• Printing — high-resolution gravure for volume runs, or Digital Printing-Low MOQ for launches and short campaigns.
• Finishing — matte, gloss, soft-touch, transparent window, tear notch and hang-hole.

Line Integration, Capacity and Delivery

Pre-made pouches are supplied for horizontal fill-seal or pick-and-fill lines; roll film is supplied for VFFS and HFFS lines where the customer forms the pouch in-line. We match film slip, seal-initiation temperature and web width to the filling equipment so that seal quality and line speed hold through the run. Our Shanghai plant operates two printing lines with a daily capacity of 550,000 packaging bags and 2,500 tons of roll film, and sits roughly 50 km from Shanghai Port for sea freight, with air freight available for urgent orders.

Quality Control and Acceptance

Production runs under ISO 9001, HACCP, BRC, GMP and ISO 13485 systems, with inspection at each process step and 100% final inspection against customer and international requirements. Test scope covers tensile strength, puncture resistance and seal performance, material composition and gas barrier, plus freezing, vacuum and transport simulation. Every batch is traceable from raw material to finished pouch, and inspection reports can be issued per batch.

Plain stock bags in 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg coffee formats are held for immediate requirements, while custom work follows confirmed artwork and deposit.

What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?

For a standard custom stand-up pouch we work from 10,000 pcs with a cylinder charge, and production lead time is typically 15–18 days after artwork and deposit confirmation. Plain stock bags are available without a cylinder.

Can you supply recyclable or mono-material pouches?

Yes. Our Mono-Material Package range uses PE-based recyclable structures, including refill pouches with spouts, for customers working toward sustainability targets.

Do you provide barrier data and inspection reports?

We test tensile strength, puncture resistance, seal performance, material composition and gas barrier, and can provide inspection reports for each batch together with the certification evidence relevant to the project.
