Thickness typically starts at 120 microns for printed kraft pouches, with higher gauges available for heavy fills or puncture-prone contents. We confirm the exact structure against the product's water activity, fill temperature, and distribution conditions.

Printing and Branding

Kraft paper's natural tone works as a design element, but it also limits color reproduction compared to white film. We use flexographic printing for kraft pouches, which handles the paper surface well and supports retro, minimalist, and organic brand aesthetics. High-resolution digital printing is available for low-MOQ and short-run projects.

Production Capacity and Lead Times

Our Shanghai facility operates two printing lines with a daily capacity of 550,000 packaging bags and 2,500 tons of roll film. Standard production lead time for custom printed kraft pouches is 15–18 days after artwork approval and deposit, depending on order volume and material availability. Stock plain kraft pouches in common sizes can ship faster.

We ship globally by sea from Shanghai Port, approximately 50 km from our factory. Air freight is available for urgent orders. Typical payment terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before delivery, by T/T or L/C.
